Refund policy

Due to the nature of swimwear, Gosh maintains a strict returns policy to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality for all customers.


Eligible Returns and Exchanges:

Incorrect item received (e.g., wrong size or style)
Defective or damaged item upon delivery
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and hygiene liners intact.


Non-Eligible Returns:
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Items without hygiene liners or tags.
Any item showing signs of wear, including but not limited to deodorant stains, perfume scents, or makeup marks.
Items damaged due to incorrect handling or improper use.


Return Process:
To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, ship the item(s) back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method as Gosh is not responsible for lost returns.


Refunds and Exchanges:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be provided.

Gosh reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our hygiene and quality standards.
We are not responsible for items damaged due to incorrect sizing selection or improper handling by the customer.
